York Wallcoverings Print Media Solutions processes all orders in a timely manner and all in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours via UPS or FedEx. USPS is not available. All items shipped on 3-inch core with capped ends suspended in a brown shipping box. The 300-foot rolls are shipped on a skid. Please allow additional lead time for any custom orders, large volume orders or 300-foot roll orders. If ordering an item that is currently out of stock, you will be notified and given an expected delivery date. Print Media Solutions cannot guarantee on-time deliveries and will not be held responsible for late shipments.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund, replacement or credit (excluding shipping costs) within the first 30 days following your order. Please keep all original packaging, as items not in their original packaging are not returnable. Returns are not accepted for partially used rolls. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

We will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions for your return. With each return, please obtain proof of delivery because items lost or damaged in transit cannot be credited. No returns of any kind can be accepted without a return authorization number. Once our warehouse has processed your return, the refund will be applied to your account. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the processing of returned merchandise. York Wallcoverings Print Media Solutions pays return shipping only for items shipped to you in error or received damaged or defective. Any claims for damage and/or shortages must be made within 7 days of the date of shipment.
York Wallcoverings Print Media Solutions’ refunds and credits are limited to the costs of materials sold and related shipping costs when applicable. Print Media Solutions will not be responsible for any other incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to claims for lost time, used ink, labor costs and/or installation costs incurred as a result of defective material.
